There isn't heavy traffic that makes people cold and impersonal. Hotel worked to be sustainable. It was first time had key made from wood. Hotel administrators or owners need to clarify shuttle service. Availability and use of shuttle for customers to use needs to be better explained. Sometimes shuttle is full for people who don't plan in advance. "

"I am so sad to have left! This was a 5 star experience from check-in to check-out. The staff were phenomenal and super friendly with amazing recommendations, the food was great, pool and rooftop views were spectacular. Easy walking distance to the beach but it is a bit further from the center of Cascais. We typically walked one way and Ubered back as Uber were very easy to find. Only downside is there seemed to be many events at the pool so no pool or dinner service those afternoons. Some days I planned to be at the pool this was not possible given the events taking place. "
