"Room was great value and very well located. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment"

"The room had green lights that you could not turn off which made it almost impossible to sleep they were so bright. We also were woke up around 8am by knocking on the door, and again 10 mins later - nobody could tell us why or who was doing it. We had breakfast which was across the road and felt hurried by staff. On return to the room the key card didn’t work, we went to reception for a new key, again this didn’t work, had to go back again and the staff didn’t seem remotely bothered. The hotel...

"One front desk staff member flatly refused to call a taxi for us because we were heading out to dinner instead of the airport. She said she would only call if we were going to the airport."

"Great location and well looked after"

"A fine 3 star stay. Clean, well appointed. Didn’t love the carpeted floors. You can also feel the subway shaking the building throughout the night and there is a lot of light from the street."

"I stayed here for a night when I had a concert at the o2 Arena and I’ll definitely be staying again! The bed was really comfortable, the staff were friendly and the hotel is situated along quite a quiet street which was nice. Really clean and had all the amenities I needed for a night!"

"這間酒店的位置很方便，距離火車站非常近。然而，房間的設施維護與清潔狀況令人失望： 窗簾無法完全關上，影響遮光與私隱。 房門玄關近浴室處的地墊是破損的，觀感不佳。 衣櫃裡的浴袍明顯發黃，衛生狀況令人質疑。 浴室內的潤手霜瓶蓋無法擰緊/關好。 整體而言，地點確實優越，但客房保養與清潔細節亟需改善。 The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

"Very clean room, friend and courteous staff especially those at the bar, always looked forward to spending time there."
