"Older neighborhood with slightly unkept roads. Path from parking to suite needs better lighting and walk. Owner friendly. Place is cute and nicely done. Quiet, plenty of trees and space between neighbors."

"Property is an aging time share development. Unit was spotless and included everything we needed. With the exception of the Televisions furnishings look original (approximate 30 years) and would be ok but the mattresses should be replaced."

"Very comfortable rental - easy to find and close to our Bella Vista relatives. Altho the weather was cooler and wetter than we wanted, we were warm and dry in our vrbo. We even saw some deer and a fox and many squirrels and birds."
