"Our Dog was welcomed. Very friendly and approachable staff, our room was as expected clean and exactly what we required as being disabled, on the ground floor and a walk in shower. We had no problems getting there, and being there, staff were excellent and attentive, Especially Gavin GM. Dale HM, and Pete the Executive Chef. Other staff were friendly and helpful too. We had a great stay."

"Rooms are spotless and location is spectacular. The food is superb, the scallops couldn't be better cooked and the freshness unmatched, due to them being landed 50 yards away. Throughout our stay, despite it seeming to be off-season in the area, we were expertly hosted by Mrs. Ryan's friendly and attentive staff at all times, whilst Chris the manager was always available with his extensive knowledge and experience to assure us we were looked after very well. There's a feeling of genuine hospitality in the Crinan Hotel and we left feeling refreshed and happy knowing these types of places exist, should we need to recharge again. "

"Had dinner while staying and the macaroni cheese i got served was the best thing i came across in West of Scotland. Properly baked with a crispy top and really creamy inside easily one of the best I’ve had."

"Easy parking. The room was soooo lovely. Very comfortable beds and we had a great sleep. Views from the room are beautiful. WiFi good. The only problem was the really cold bathroom. It's an old building and the radiator just doesn't warm the shower room up. It let the stay down. The breakfast is continental and just beautiful. The porridge was best I've ever tasted. The fruit, cheeses, meats and pastries were so lovely. Staff were all friendly. We would stay again if a warmer time of year. "
