He brought warmth, humour, and genuine hospitality to every interaction, an absolute gem and a real asset to the Shangri-La team. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and looked after. "We chose to stay at the Sofitel due to its proximity to the ICC. The staff at the Sofitel were amazing, from the door staff to the desk and wait staff. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Dinner on Saturday night at the Atelier was delicious. Would definitely stay again. Special thanks to Matilda and Miguel, who were absolutely delightful."
