"Booked family room for 5 guests at a great price... can't grumble for what i paid, it was a place to rest for a night. The main bed was comfy, the other 2 beds were not so great but not awful. Clean bedding.
Didn't have a remote for the TV but reception gave us one. Heating in the bathroom was on in scorching weather but reception sorted that too.
The room had a bit of a funky smell and a bit of mould but nothing drastic
Extremely annoying that I paid for breakfast for 5 people and got told they dont serve breakfast... when I asked for a refund I got told to go via hotels.com who I used to book and have been completely ignored by them. No refund for breakfast which I must partly blame the hotel for allowing it to be an option, despite not booking directly. Im sure they could have helped.
Overall, its a place to rest, if its a good price its okay... if you want high end, this is not it. And dont pre pay for any food!!"
