"Terrible stay. Whilst I was allowed to leave my bags in early, and told to arrive at 11, I waited almost an hour for a member of staff to let me into the property. The apartment is in quite a bit of disrepair. Kitchen sink is damaged, oven door is broken off the hinges, and the blinds in the bedroom were broken, with just a towel hung up attempting to cover a ground floor window, but leaving a large gap where you could see into a small courtyard.
