"Brigit was amazing. We didn't see much of her but that's because we didn't have any problems! When we did see her, she was so kind and an amazing host. We had to head off without saying goodbye, but thank you so much for taking such good care of us! The room is perfect for a family of four and the bath is an brilliant experience - you get to relax surrounded by the stone walls which reminds you where you are. Great Indian restaurant and Chippy is a lovely wee town"

"An upgrade to the rooms above the restaurant model. Though not luxurious, our room 4 at the back of the top floor was great for us: comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and quiet. The restaurant part was more a charming steakhouse than a pub. Breakfast was top notch with one meaty option including steak. Dinner there too a great experience, though not inexpensive. The option though for just a pint before closing was enjoyable. Location was also good for us: close but not too close to the crazy...

"Usually use Prem Inn but prices are getting ridicules, found Kingfisher Bard, first class, reasonable price and breakfast included not like Prem Inn, £9.50 extra for continental brekkie. Definitely use again."

"This was a very nice place to stay and we would go back and highly recommend Marlborough Arms to those traveling. It was within an easy walk to Blenheim Palace, lovely town, cute bookstore and good choices of restaurants! The B and B was quaint, historic, well preserved with lovely sitting areas including outdoors. Great breakfast buffet and made to order hot breakfast! If you haven't yet had a traditional English breakfast let this be your first, delicious."

"The property is clean and cozy. Excellentt staff service . I manage to have a good sleep but really suggest that they needed to extra cushion as the spring of the bed is feeling on your back. But overall all good as its easy access to city center. Highly recommended this property. "

"Stay was lovely, just some odd elements which were a bit strange! Make sure you arrive in good time to check in early, and double-check what the morning process is for leaving - main pub remained locked and egress was through the rear fire escape - noone in sight so left key in room. The room was lovely - really well laid out, roomy, and clearly well-thought out; lots of little things that made the place really nice. Weak spot was the bathroom - doesn't have a proper door. Shower was also dirty...

"Newly renovated and very up to date. Breakfast perfect choices. Bit daunting by self check in but no issues. Only downsides were the walk from The Ridgeway down a busy road (hotel can’t help that!), and that there was no food in the evening (but crockery provided if takeaway ordered ( leaflets provided))."

"Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. "
