"My husband and I wanted a midweek getaway and were happy to find a reservation. We were welcomed by Johann at the front door and shown to our room. We loved it!!! The accommodations were wonderful with access to town and both mountains for skiing. We will definitely be back again."

"The Check-in process was simple and efficient. There was an additional Key Deposit required that was not communicated before hand. The Room was reasonable clean; however the trash bags were on the bedside table and not in the trash can, there was food left in the fridge from a previous guest. No new shampoo, conditioner, soap was provided. Parking was right in front of the cabin and was just for our cabin. The biggest inconvenience was that the coffee maker was broken. The location was quiet...

"I was told the owner showed up and moved us to a different home when I questioned the address.(which was at about 8pm the knight of check in) I paid for a home for my kids to be able to walk to the ski lift and for me not to drive them. Instead I was moved about 10-15 min drive distance. I was not charged the cleaning fee and feel it was not sufficient. I specifictly paid for the location and was not given an apology. "

"Lake view was GREAT! All 3 staff I interacted with, over the phone and in person, were VERY helpful & friendly. However, the rooms need a thorough cleaning and fix up. We had a noisy, rattling central heating unit in our room (which wasn’t even on, because it is Summer!) The bed linen were a mix & match, no 2 pillowcases were the same. No cups in bathroom or room. All in all, price to product ratio was off."
