"It felt a bit like a caravan inside. All was clean and well presented and the beds were comfortable. Space was very limited in the kitchenette area and shower cubicle with no table for example. I would have welcomed a hairdryer, toaster and other home comforts such as shower gel."

"Really pleasant stay, exactly what we needed."

"Really enjoyed it here, would recommend for a short stay."

"Superb location can't be beat considering the privacy, balcony and car park next door."

"Great location, close to City Centre. All mod cons. Cosy but warm."

"Stayed for two nights and had a lovely time."

"Staff was friendly, full kitchen including washer/dryer, clean and comfortable. Ideally located. I’d definitely stay here again."

"The property is in a great location for The Piece Hall and some great restaurants. The property is perfect for a short stay and was clean with the usual amenities. The communal areas need attention and the area outside the entrance door is by the refuse bins which isn’t ideal but we were aware of that when booking. "

"Very reasonable price and very comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee and food were available."

"As ever great team and accommodation . Price and location excellent. I have used this facility several times for work + and will be back again."
