"We stayed here for 2 nights as my son was doing the Pennine Barrier Ultra Marathon, so it was quite handy for that, but it was a lovely surprise to arrive there and feel really comfortable and at home, it has everything you need (except a hairdryer). I would like to return for a longer stay sometime in the future and would highly reccommend to anyone ."

"This was a return visit to Pear Tree Annexe for me and it was every bit as cosy, comfortable and relaxing as before! The location is perfect being so close to all amenities but still incredibly peaceful and with lots of gorgeous walking very close by.
