"I chose El Caribe because I was attracted to its history, tradition and eco friendly grounds. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, polite, helpful and eager to help. Unfortunately, the management needs to do a much better job of training the staff at the restaurant where breakfast is served. "Staff was absolutely helpful , they are wonderful! Property is an older building, and their air conditioning system needs to be upgraded or redone, as room never really cools off. We enjoyed their food, service was excellent, kind and carrying staff. Main complain is Air conditioning. Thank you for a great experience ! ❤️"

This is an all inclusive, however, the liquor/ cocktail servings were really small, the food was well prepared but it wasn’t anything special. The price was low in comparison to the other hotels, so it was no surprise that it wasn’t as nice as the other places we have stayed before. "
