"a cheap and nasty bed that collapsed in the middle. filthy carpet and old shag rug. Water stains on the ceiling. When I complained the owner said we weighed too much to hold the bed and it was only for one person. I decided to come later, but would have expected a hotel bed for a premium price would have a bed to comfortably sleep two people - after all it was queen size. Three days later I am still recovering from a sore back. Not happy"

"We left the property. Its bathroom / laundry abd toilet are in one very small opening. Bathroom in shower and roof were full of mould. It was so tight you had to squeeze between the shower and basin. The toilet was behind the door. No air con and is on the second floor. Sun blaring in. It was a sweat box!!!. Had to very small fans on the floor neither of them had coverings to protect the fan. No where to even put them. No side draws. Living space and kitchen nice but you can not stay in there...

"DON'T EVEN THINK about staying in this place. It's too bad because it could have been such a nice place. Great location near all sorts of stores and transportation junction but there were so many problems with the unit. No drapes or shades on the Windows meant we were living in a fish bowl. We had to duct tape sheets in the Windows. Yes we called for help but the local manager could never manage to get over to the unit. One day we waited 3 hours and another evening we waited 2 hours and he...

"This hotel is in a very good location. It is convenient to go to many attractions and within walking distance to. Hotel is good value for money. Hotel staff were wonderful, helpful and always happy to help. Yenny, Juliet and Ramita were a few of the wonderful staff that we met. Every staff was welcoming and professional. Housekeeping was brilliant. Rooms were clean and fresh everyday. We had a English breakfast buffet which was good. Maybe some extra additions like hash browns and croquettes would be ideal hot food for vegetarians."
