"We were disappointed with some aspects of our stay. We were not pre warned that we would need to give a check in time as someone would need to meet us to let us into the building. This wasn’t advertised beforehand. We received numerous messages asking what time we were arriving on the day but as we had a long drive there we had plans on our way and felt rushed to give a time to arrive. Which we felt ruined our plans as it was a birthday celebration. My pre message to ask if the venue could...

"We had a wonderful stay with the family in this charming apartment. The host Marie was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our contact with her very pleasant. The location was fantastic, right in the city center and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment was well-equipped and lacked nothing. It also had a lovely 1920s flair, adding to its unique charm. Highly recommended!"

"Nice flat and more rooms than advertised. Some noise from town but a quiet-ish part of it. Rooms clean and some provisions left for refreshments, Netflix on the TV and balconies with all rooms. Would recommend for anywhere around Bournemouth."
