"Great location and easy access from lhr. Two tips. Don’t bother with hotel hoppa bus. Useless, late, detour takes forever to get to Hyatt. Opt for U3 London transport bus from lhr. Very frequent, only 3 stops and cheap. For North American travellers you are asked to open a « tab » at check in. You just don’t give your credit card number and expect to get charged on it for everything like in the U.S. Got into some frustrating situations with receptionist sall over the UK over this. "

"We were able to check-in a bit earlier which was very convenient after a long trip from the airport to the hotel. About two days later our AC stopped working and they were able to easily accommodate us to another room to ensure we were comfortable. The room was cleaned very well and enough space for 2 adults. It was also conveniently close to the tube!"

"Breakfast was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is awesome for easy access to the airport at Heathrow. It is a hassle to get into London city, we had to take a bus and two trains, however they run consistently. The hotel facilities are great and very clean. Would definitely stay again."
