"Took 3 days to fix a broken floor button in one of the elevators. Unfortunately, this was my floor. Also, none of the cardio machines were working, all for different reasons. They were fixing them the morning I left after my 5 night stay."

"Room was cozy, great amenities like 24/7 gym and a pool open with good hours. Only thing u didn’t like was that I booked this room because it included breakfast as per Expedia website but didn’t get any. It was between in room jacuzzi with no breakfast and the room I chose with breakfast. Other than that my stay was good!"

"Our room was definitely not properly cleaned. We noticed the coffee table had not been cleaned but decided to just clean it and not worry. The next morning we noticed very concerning filth on sides of bed sheets. Very disgusting and wish we had checked room better at arrival. This indicated our entire room was definitely not cleaned well and we felt very dirty. I brought it to the attention of staff who didn’t even apologize or offer any type of compensation. She just said we wouldn’t be charged for it. How insulting. How disgusting. Of course I won’t be charged for your company’s lack of competence. We stay in the area often and we have taken your establishments off our list. "

"I was surprised by how quiet our stay was, specially during such busy long weekend full of cheerleaders. Loved the waffles and toppings sections, sad that it was only for sunday but glad they have complementary breakfast"
