"Check in very easy. Access to room via lift was good. Room was spacious and whilst not luxurious it was very adequate and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and good size. Bathroom very good. Large TV was great. Amenities such as coffee making, eye shades and scent to pillow very useful. If I could suggest a little change, I like a very dark room for sleeping. There were 4 little lights that spoilt the darkness. TV standby light had to be switched off at socket. Bed side clock, put a towel over it. Connection to TV for channel box had to be unplugged. Finally the temperature indicator on Airconditioning was very bright and large,had to switch air on off. Other than that,an excellent stay and recommend."

"We’re told by concierge to leave car on street while we checked in the we were returning the car to Avis when we came back they had parked the car in the building then wanting a $60 parking fee. Hope to see this removed on credit card not credited as points"
