"Great location, however TERRIBLE water pressure in the shower! Hot water was barely sufficient to wash hair. The kitchen tap was falling apart and the glass behind the hob was burnt. Our room was in serious need of a renovation."

They went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother who needed a walk in shower (I had inadvertently booked rooms with bath tubs) thank you so much for your lovely attitudes and making us feel like royalty. Rooms and facilities were immaculate and I'm very impressed"

"The check-in was a mission with ID and everything else to be uploaded after the QR code from somewhere that we had already paid, The door to the room would not lock. To be fair it was remedied quickly. The drive to the underground parking has black scrape marks from other cars in an already narrow and sharp corner, luckily we had no incident.
There is no elevator that we could see to carry our suitcases.
I personally would not want to repeat the experience, but if you love gadgetry to...
