"Everything was wonderful"

"Stayed for two nights with 3 people in the Queen and single bed room, very clean and wonderful room. Beautifully located right in the CBD only 2 min walk from Roma St station. Could use some minor improvements 8/10 Would absolutely recommend "

"The room quality was good for the money, but there were a couple things that bothered me. One was that while they say the laundry is free, what they mean is the machines themselves are free. However, the hotel does not have detergent available, even for sale. Instead, I was told I would have to go to a local store to buy detergent. Additionally, I found it a little cheap that the only toiletry provided in the bathroom was a combination hand soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner."

"The location is excellent and the room very spacious. I was hoping for a VIP room upgrade but it wasn't forthcoming when I asked. The benefit of $20 off parking was good value, however. I would have loved an upgrade to a river view, but our room was fine with a city view and a river glimpse."
