"The hotel is right across the ferry and customs. The staff were courteous and room services were prompt without any issues. Excellent restaurant and our beds were comfortable. Our room was spacious with small Frig, room safe, TV and free coffee. A easy walk to the hotel. The Empress Hotel and The Parliament building are 2-3 blocks away. The Harbor transportation boats (pickle boats) can take to various stops/various fees. "

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Was there for a wedding which was fantastic. Food made for wedding guests was perfect ! Rooms were nice and clean and no noise was heard from other guests in next room. Quiet sleep! Will visit again and take advantage of bikes available and explore area more. Husband enjoyed hot tub !
