"There were no USB plugs in the room. I know they may be a little outdated, but they’re still pretty popular. When we called for our car, they didn’t bring it to the hotel tower we were staying in. They just drove it up to the valet booth and it sat there until I saw it. I even asked the person at the front desk if they would bring the car to the curb, we were standing again and she said yes. But that didn’t happen, so kind of disappointing to finish the trip. Attention to details matter."

"I stayed here for the third time and it is definitely wayyy nicer than it was 3 years ago. Stayed in a beautiful balcony room on the newly renovated 18th floor with an amazing view. The hotel was clean throughout, including the hallways, and the price was great for the location. Customer service from the management and day staff is 10/10. Had a really comfortable stay and would definitely come back."

"Room was very clean with lovely views of mountains. Location central to village and undercover parking. Pool was very small and hot tub in slightly scruffy area. Fire in room. Check in went smoothly. "

"I have been coming to the hotel for the last 40 years. It always feels like a special occasion every time we come. It has a “run-down” feeling and the staff seems a bit overwhelmed. On our last stay the towels and bedding from the rooms were left out outside the rooms on the hallway for a few hours (my wife let complained and then they were taken away). The staff at the Copper Room restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. The quality of the robes and towels is better! . People and families are now bringing not only drinks but food to the pools! Before one had to bring a closed drink container but not anymore :( Will continue to go but sorry to see some things not being as the same standards as before :)"
