"We paid extra to stay in the presidents suite on the 11th floor. We went for breakfast and it was our fault that we couldn’t remember our room number but knew it was the presidential suite on the 11th floor. we felt the gentleman could have been a bit more helpful instead of repeating I need your room number several times. Then the lady would not listen when we kept telling her only one of us was going to eat. We gave up and went somewhere else to eat. Other than that out stay was very nice"

Special call out to Sissy-Q since this has been one of the best check in experience I have had. The only slight complaint I would have is, the beds are a little firm for my liking."
