Bristol City Centre Vacations

"Perfectly placed for a weekend in Bristol, parking right next door (at a cost), breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. Restaurant was very good and not over priced. Couldn't have found a better location and hotel for our stay."

So close to city centre, restaurants, Bristol Beacon etc The lady on reception struggled to understand us when we asked about the car parking and if we had paid prior to arrival. Her colleague JJ sf to help her out. Room smelt of fish when we first arrived so we went to Primark and bought a room freshener which helped (we didn't report it as only there one night, a couple in front of us at reception when we were checking out were asking to move to a different room as...

"Hotel is room was fair, however there were makeup stain on the dress gowns. Reception staff could have been better, as they weren't very helpful when we asked for directions to the hotel restaurant. The domestic staff- lady was very helpful & show is the staircase to get to it, when got a little lost."

"The room I stayed in was difficult to get from the main entrance. Umderstand the building is old however . Route was not well sign posted . I was then charged £10 to use the swimming pool . This was not clear at time of booking."
