"Room is dated, stained carpets, dusty, wouldn’t win Channel 4’s “Four in a Bed”. Bed was comfy. Could hear road noise still and dog woofing in a nearby room. Dinner was nice, but chef needs to speak to his staff better and not in hearing distance of customers. Reception/bar staff were friendly and welcoming."

"Pros: Convenient location, nice room & shower. Cons: More lockers to store large luggage near Reception would be helpful. No fridge in the guest room was inconvenient. Guests who were staying on the floor above were extremely noisy - children running around late at night and early in the morning. "

"Staff are very nice. Small bar nice. Lounge area very nice. Bedroom very small no dresser drawers, no vanity with mirror, small area to hang clothes. Difficult to dry hair had to stand to do this. One chair in room with small desk. "

Only moan related to the cleanliness of the stairs to the upper floors near to the reception area. There was dried mud which had not been cleaned for a couple of days."

"A hotel with nice clean rooms close to Temple Meads station. The rooms were a little small, but overall pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful toward any questions. Entrance was a little difficult due to the construction in the area. "

"This is a great hotel to stay in... close to but not in Bath. Its old world charm is lovely, with high ceilings (and the occasional wonky floor!). Leave the car at the hotel and take the bus from the river bridge into Bath. Dining options are excellent with a buffet-style full English breakfast and a range of dinner options."

"A most excellent hotel which faces the sea front at Weston-Super-Mare and is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre. Staff are very friendly, most helpful and professional. Breakfast is hot and superb with a wide variety. Dinner is excellent with different choices each evening. Often good English food, such as Hake, Turkey and roast vegetables etc. The starter choices are good and the startersoups are very tasty indeed. The puddings are splendid. Tea and coffee is included in the price...
