Comfy beds, great shower, great breakfast. Nice lounge to sit and chill. Excellent park across the road for walk/jog. All staff were friendly and helpful. Parking on site.

Excellent quite property with first rate modern amenities but with old historic feel from the hard work by the owners to bring back a luxurious comfortable English Manor House feel. I will be returning in the future and enjoy the place. All the details gave me the best night sleep that I can remember.

I can’t give more than 5 stars, otherwise I would. What made this experience so unique was not just the peculiarity of this very old property, curated in all details, was like staying a museum, it was Caron Cooper the owner and host who welcomed us with kindness and such a positive energy. We all loved her stories, no question had a boring answer. If you are looking for one of a kind experience don’t skip this place.

I absolutely loved this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. This is the place to go if you want to feel pampered and taken care of. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home. Their breakfast menu is amazing. The food is delicious and beats many of the cafes in the neighborhood. Their location is great- they are walking distance from everything, but still located in a quiet street where you can avoid too many tourists.

Stayed 2 nights to visit Bath, had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was great, good variety and lots of it! Room was comfortable.

This Inn is easily the best place I've stayed and I am saying that after having travelled to several countries within Europe, central and South America and the Caribbean. It is a very friendly atmosphere. The staff makes you feel like you are at home and welcomed with open arms. I have no criticism towards the Woodborough. Only too much praise. Don't miss out on this gem

PERFECT for a pre-airport stay if you don't want to go the traditional hotel route. The room was so great...decor on point! Perfect for squeezing the very last drop of UK countryside charm in before jet setting off.

They were very welcoming. Slept great. Mattress could be replaced on one twin bed but did not hamper my sleeping. Great service and breakfast included in our stay. Very nice place to stay beautiful view of the gardens out our window. They dont have an elevator but upon check- in helped with our bags.

It was a quaint little farm - like cottage . Very quiet and wonderful staff.

It was outstanding accommodations, comfortable bed great tub and shower. Met the owner and spent some time in the attached pub. Staff was amazing, had breakfast the next morning and that was outstanding as well. Definitely a recommendation to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brocks Guest House. The Managers, including Marta were very kind and explained the features of the area (attractions or places of interest) and told us if there was anything we needed to let them know-The Brocks House which is situated in an average neighborhood gives a traveler a "taste" of being a local for a period of time.
