"Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. "Nice place, comfortable but on flight path to Gatwick so a lot of aircraft noise every few months. Sleep wasn’t disturbed by using ear plugs. "

"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

"This Biulding oozes history and charm. While it is clearly a little tired and basic on the accommodation, which is reflected in the price. The breakfast was exceptional and amazing value! (it was inclusive). All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. "Lovely old pub with character, friendly staff and locals. Stayed 1 night with my son for rugby. Twickenham 10min walk. Was given a permit to park on the road for free and found a space 50m away. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff very nice, especially the Ukrainian lady who served breakfast. Very polite and efficient."
