The room I was staying in looked tired and requires an upgrade but before leaving Donna was kind enough to show me other rooms including the 3 rooms in the Manor House. "This hotel is comfortable and quiet. About a miles walk from the center of the city, but you have options to walk along the city streets or the Oxford Park paths. Breakfast was good and a decent price and it was nice to have a restaurant on site. The room was very comfortable. It was nice to have a couch in the room that was comfortable and made it easy to get work done. The coffee and tea station was also a nice touch, they refilled with biscuits every day too! We were very comfortable!"

"Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Lovely to have breakfast overlooking the ground. It is on a retail park so not the best views but great for food and shopping if that is what you want"

"Stayed a few nights as we had a wedding nearby. I only paid for bed and breakfast but that gave us access to their leisure facilities. They have a huge well stocked gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna. The spa guests have their own facilities so there was plenty of space. Food was fantastic. Would recommend this to all."
