"No communication about how to get in until I asked so we were stuck outside for half an hour. It was freezing when we got in. Put the heating on straight away and it took about 5 hours to warm up as many of the windows need replacing and two of them are so broken they won't shut. The whole place has a cheap feel, bad bedding, not enough pillows, fridge noisy. I'm glad we only had one night booked. It was fairly clean.
