"Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. We spent an afternoon there across the various rooms. A few hours relaxing in the spa garden was the perfect way to pass an afternoon on a warm day. Only a couple of minor niggles - I called the reception a couple of times and nobody answered. We were there during the heatwave and found that the AC is set so it won't go below 19 so we had to close all the blinds in the room the entire time and found that they were effectively acting as radiators with the heat. We asked for a fan to be bought up and my wife had to ask a second time in regards to that before they provided one. Also as someone that absolutely loves coffee I was really disappointed with the coffee here. I don't think it's that difficult to improve but I get the feeling all the coffee comes from automated machines rather than someone making it by hand. It could be improved very easily by getting fresher beans and some training for staff. Lovely stay overall and would go back here or to another hotel from the same chain with no reservations. "
