The only downside for me and was not happy about it; I’ve tried them connect my rooms and when I called the guy who answered said “ OH WE DONT DO THAT HERE” Then when I arrived I asked the front desk and said they don’t connect rooms. But when I went into my room, it had the doors to connect to the room next to me. How could they lied about? Did I have to pay more? Was because the Expedia customers are not allowed to make such requests? God only know… didn’t get any option!"
