"Clean room: On our first day, we noticed that the bed sheets had specks of blood. Housekeeping had either forgotten to change the sheets or did not do so properly. We called the front desk to report this issue, as it was unacceptable. Housekeeping did change the sheets, but the front desk clerk never apologized or offered any compensation, such as a complimentary breakfast. They only changed the sheets without addressing our concerns further. Did not meant to rate the Breakfast, there was not a free breakfast."

"All of the staff are so friendly, and the facilities are clean and up to date. We had an issue with our washer/dryer but the team got it sorted within an hour. For the price and location, couldn’t recommend this place more!"
