We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). Absolutely Gorgeous! Brand new condo . Beautifully decorated. Nice furniture. Huge living and bedroom space. Luxury sheets and towels. 4 beach towels. On site property manager (PM) meets you as soon as you enter the garage. Security guards on sight and very thorough. PM takes you to the condo and walks you through everything. The property was beautiful. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious with a huge balcony the had a hot tub and a gorgeous view. The full kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, but we ate at 2 of the 6 restaurants on the property and they served up delicious meals. Room service was delicious, too! We loved the desert atmosphere, and every unit had privacy. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff helped us keep organized. The employees was extremely pleasant and helpful. Everyone there greeted us by name and always had a smile on their faces. We really enjoyed the free onsite museum. They have an exceptional spa you can get pampered at. The entire resort was very relaxing. A little pricey but you pay for luxury I give it 5 stars.

Our check in experience was not horrible but not the best. The staff was not as attentive with us as with other guest. We did not let that experience affect our stay. The staff at the restaurants, bars, cleanings, etc, were lovely! The food was delicious, the drinks we strong, the hotel was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean, and best part, no kids!

Great hotel, with amazing service and very good facilities but if you are looking for a nice beach this is not the place - the "swimmable" beach is very small and full of rocks. Food is good but too expensive.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere, friendly staff, and the property felt empty even though it was almost fully booked. Shout out to the Marea restaurant staff. The pizza and tacos were amazing! Sushi was fresh and delicious. Mezcal has the best cornbread and smoke butter I have ever had! Carlos was an amazing host and arranged everything from reservations and transportation on property and off. But the real reason we came was for the beach! This was by far our favorite vacation yet. The resort's focus to detail to make everyone's stay amazing, was a huge success. Our room, the view, the pools, the food, and the service, couldn't have been any better. We ventured off the resort once, and immediatly regretted it. This was the most amazing property I’ve ever been to for every reason. There was natural and architectural beauty, the rooms were amazing with huge ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, and a plunge pool. Resort is even better than it appears in the photos...how often does that happen? Lots of niceties like the free minibar (re-stocked daily), "treats" at the pool...fruit on a skewer, frozen fruit pops, soothing aloe treatment and sample cocktails!! Great location, great Staff, overall wonderful experience

Amazing view. Amazing staff. Everyone is very professional and courteous. Breakfast is amazing and my wife and I ate their French toast nearly everyday. Here are a few pointers when staying at The Cape: 1) Pick your seats at pool prior to going to breakfast and leave non valuable items on the seat. Best real estate goes quickly. 2) Eat their French toast it is too die for. 3) There is absolutely no way to swim in the beach. Too dangerous. Still an amazing view. Watch the surfers catch waves...
