"I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport for two nights as part of a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport and other major hotels in the area. The room was clean, and matched the description provided. From what I could tell comparing with colleagues who stayed at nearby hotels (including some 5-star options), the Crowne Plaza felt more modern and better maintained. Some of the higher-end hotels in the area seem a bit outdated in comparison. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel were great for my short business trip. "

"Terrific location for where I needed to be. The grounds and building are clean. Check-in was quick and easy. The attached restaurant could use another employee or two. It was busy, which is a good sign, but only one server. I ended up leaving before ordering so I can't speak for the food myself"
