"The hotel is in a secluded location, which is exactly what we were looking for. There is only one restaurant, but they offer enough variety for the four nights we stayed. The bungalows offer great privacy in beautiful grounds surrounded by the forest, and there are loads of fauna sighting opportunities."

"This place has a great location. Just outside of the heart of la Fortuna. It was safe, peaceful and we had everything we needed to make our own meals. It is a gated home/parking which was unique. It was cozy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Good bang for your buck. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"

"We absolutely loved the home! We had a family reunion of 3 families (total of 8 adults and 7 kids ranging from age 5 to 21). Everyone loved the quiet and calm surroundings. We ate fresh papaya and drank fresh coconut water from nearby trees. We enjoyed finding avocado trees, banana trees, mango trees all around as well. The wildlife was amazing as well - birds, iguanas from a distance. On site there is a very friendly, beautiful white horse! The house itself offered convenient and clean bathrooms, perfect for large groups. The swimming pool and outdoor space to relax was also great! Martha, the lady who welcomed us, was so sweet and helpful for anything we needed. We cooked quite a bit and found everything we needed, including a pressure cooker! The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a little remote and takes about 30min drive to reach La Fortuna. We planned activities everyday and just met the company's transportation in the town."
"Wow, it’s a great gem. Asked for the upgrade and got it. Room was immaculate. Pool was clean and they are renovating the hot tub/spa area. That will be amazing and like new in a couple of weeks. Food was outstanding also."
"My family of 7 stayed here for a couple of days & we all loved it!!! It's a beautiful home & the views were amazing!! We even had a sloth in the tree not far from the patio. All the bedrooms had AC the beds & pillows were comfortable so we slept really well. The pool room was a big hit with the kids!! The communication with the host was great so we highly recommend the property."

"The apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and finely decorated. One can definitely have a good night rest considering the quietness of the area and the comfortable beds.
The bathroom is ample with clean crisp towels and they indicated that tap water was potable (apt for drinking).
Jorge was very attentive and provided very clear instructions before our arrival.
It is important to mention that this place is located on the side of a road and there are no places to visit at a walking distance. You definitely need a car to get here and move around the area.
The only recommendation is to add more lighthing/illumination around the property because if you arrive at night, it is extremely dark and feels unsafe because of that, although it is not."
"The owner was very responsive and helpful. He gave us advice on restaurants things to do in the area and how to get places. Everything he recommended was the best and spot on. It was a very authentic and comfortable house with everything you’d need. There were 3 twin beds, one queen and a couch that made to a twin so plenty of room for 6. The kitchen had a cooktop, fridge coffee maker, pots and pans dishes mugs glasses knifes everything you’d need to cook. He even left us fresh coconuts with sweet water and meat that we enjoyed immensely! "
