"We had a lovely stay at the Renaissance St. Pancras for the final night of our two week visit to London and Paris. Within a few minutes of stepping off of our Eurostar train from Paris we were kindly welcomed to the check in desk and presented with cocktails. The amazing Laura answered all of our questions and gave us advice on getting to the airport the next day. She even escorted us down the hall to the elevators to show us the way to our room.
