"Upon walking around Venice, trying to locate our hotel, we noticed that all the buildings were old, and we did not know what to expect as we passed through the narrow streets. Upon arrival, we were very pleased as we walked in and saw how gracious it was. We were met by Alessandro who had a great smile and was so helpful and friendly. The other attendees that we met Bennedetta and Vanessa shared the same warmth and caring to make our visit most pleasant. The hotel was a former family palace in its day. Vanessa served a great breakfast."
