Walking up the flights of stairs with suitcase is a lesson to pack lighter! We arrived late. Immediately responded how to get in to get our key. Great communication"

"This is an apartment in a 500 year old building. On the canal, large space with extra TV room. Nicely furnished small bathroom but nice. Very nice staff, and we were on the 4th top floor and there are no elevators. 54 stairs. Excellent buffet breakfast for 15 euros. Good Italian Venice experience."
