"room was clean and modern, close to the airport, the breakfast and lunch buffet was phenomenal, huge shoutout to cesar at the buffet, took very good care of us, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, great pool’s, drinks were great, access to the beach was VERY nice and easy, security was great, always asking for our last name and room number, always had shows and interactives for each night, great ambiance, always attentive to detail, made sure we had a wonderful stay each and every night!!!"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Every employee were super friendly and super polite. The food was great in most of the restaurants. I would say that it lacks on activities and entertainment specifically at night. But what I think was the biggest issue was that the VIP Louge was a joke. The "exclusive foods" there was literally the same as the main breakfast buffet. I also notice we were not getting the 'top shelf' licors, bartenders were making drinks in a little room instead at the bar with displayed licors. It makes us wondering what else the hidden from customers."
