"The hotel it self was beautiful. Staff was helpful and respectful. Only issue is there should be more things to do on the resort. Also have entertainment that caters to everyone. The music could've been better. Please play more urban music R&B and clean rap."

"The property is amazingly beautiful and all areas are very clean. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and warm. This resort was so relaxing, not too loud...just peaceful. We will absolutely be returning!"

"The resort staff made this place what it is. I felt more like a family member than a guest. Feliciano and Ivan at the pool bar were quick and attentive to my drinks. Viviana remembered my food allergy and room number, something I've never experienced in a hotel setting. The bad, sargassum was really bad and just like every other inclusive hotel, the food needs improvement. Everything was closed at midnight since it's a hotel for older generation. I would highly recommend this resort for an older relaxed crowd."

"Every thing hotel conditions & staffs treat us was very good. But hotel provided bottle water in the room looking like reusable dirty mark stain showed bottles(inside) I like to suggest other customers let them buy clean bottles water even they need to spend extra money."
