"We had an excellent time at the resort. The property was well maintained. The food was good a special shout out to Oswaldo with the activity team and Amable with the wait staff at the pool. Raquel in the coffee shop. They were all very attentive during our stay. I will definitely return to the Excellence."

"Check-in was smooth and was greeted with a glass of champagne. Staff was very helpful in telling us where all the restaurants were located. The buffet was great I had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. They have a 24hour sports bar and several bars by the pools. At the sports bar they have sandwiches, hamburgers, hotdogs, and vegan to go options. You just have to warm up on your own. The beach was great the water is warm there was some seaweed but nothing overbearing."

"La gente es muy amable, meseros, recepción, animación, pero cuidado caen con los de tiempos compartidos pueden hacerlos pasar un mal rato y si van por la playa se llevarán una buena decepción!!! La comida, la bebida y la animación, las amenidades muy buenas"

"We were surprised to see how clean the place is along with how helpful and hardworking the resort employees are. We were there for 5 days but after the second day already thought we should have booked for 7. It’s a great place managed by very competent people. Food is abundant and variety for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between along with free soda and alcohol.. pools were cleaned every day and security is tight .. we just loved the Riu resort."
