Great place to stay! My husband and I were a little worried about vacationing during the pandemic. But, we were put at ease when we read about the policies the innkeepers (Marco and Angelo) put in place during COVID-19, and the overall cleanliness of the inn and our room.
The gourmet breakfast and afternoon treats were delicious! It's one of the things we look forward each day. The amenities were great! Since a lot of the restaurants are already fully booked, we're fortunate to have our own...

Cory is a wonderful and hospitable owner, we stayed just for night, but our impressions was much bigger. Comfortable room with big bed and clean bathroom, amazing breakfast, perfectly located. I can not make the full description because you should stay and feel it, feel kindness and care. Now P-town for us is a 7 inn, it was really lucky choice. Thank You, Cory! See you next time.

Elizabeth and the entire staff were so pleasant and accomodating. Suite was newly done.
Great location on the "quiet" side of the Cape within minutes of everything.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location is everything as it is 1 street over from main street. The room was a nice size with 2 double beds and was clean with a large private balcony overlooking the street. The room had a mini fridge, a TV with limited cable, a telephone, great air conditioning and lighting. The bathroom was small with a very small and low toilet, low water pressure and a very small shower head, but the water temperature was good. Also limited counter space. Couldn't ask for more. The staff were extremely friendly and generous. The room was beautiful -- not overly luxurious, but full of character and with an extremely comfortable bed. One fixture on the bathroom sink was broken, and the TV was on the small side, but I would hardly call these complaints given how nice the overall experience was. And to top it off, the breakfast was amazing -- both the quality of the food and the service. We would definitely stay at the Captain Farris again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The owners were incredibly nice and helpful with any request or recommendation that we had, the sheets and bedding felt amazing, and the breakfast was fabulous! I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I loved our stay at the antiques-filled Palmer House Inn. We were able to easily walk to the active Main Street and had our choice of excellent restaurants and gift shops to browse. We also walked to the beach (mostly sandy, but with many sharp rocks as you enter the water), rented bikes and rode to a lighthouse, and enjoyed the delicious breakfasts while sitting on the porch in the cooler weather. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone heading to Cape Cod.

Great place to stay at, super friendly and accommodating staff, will definitely book a room next time we are in Provincetown. Make sure to stick around for hands down one of best breakfasts in town.

The Breakwater was $100 for the night and reviews said it was conveniently located next to the beach so we gave it a try. The stay surprised me and exceeded expectations. It seems like a locally ran and well managed property with new furniture and decor. The beach was literally across the street and gave us a beautiful view at sunset. Staff was friendly and wifi was solid. Thanks!!!

My sister and I did a few day trip to the Cape and once again stayed here. It is clean and comfortable and I always sleep well! Pam is lovely and accommodating and the queen of muffins. Not fancy, shmancy...but has everything you need/want for a motel and very comfortable. This was our second trip and stay and we will be visiting Pam again!

The staff here are so welcoming and knowledgeable about PTown and the Cape, in general. They encourage guests to mingle and get to know each other. There's one guy who appears to live on site, in a room overlooking the pool, who can be a bit nasty at times with a horrible attitude. Even though he's a guest, he is ALWAYS there and not very pleasant to other guests. Stay clear of him and your stay should be fine.

We stayed for 3 nights. We visited Cape Cod National Seashore on our arrival day. The next day we took a roundtrip ferry ride to Nantucket. The day after, a round-trip ferry ride to Martha's vineyard. Breakfast was included. We had a room on the 2nd floor which was nice and quiet.

This was our first time staying at this property as well as our first time in Provincetown. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Paul greeted us and gave us a tour of the property and all the amenities. Not only are the rooms beautiful and the location ti commercial street ideal but the communal spaces are amazing too. Breakfast was wonderful and having access to coffee/tea/juices 24/7 was so nice, especially to bring out by the fire pit at night. All the staff was so welcoming and...

My friend and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful bed and breakfast. The property is conveniently located on Route 28 in Falmouth. Not only is the house on a bike trail, but you are allowed to use the bikes for free, even to take to the Vinyard, a 40 minute ride by ferry. We went over twice using the Queen Authority first from Falmouth and the Steamship Authority from Woods Hole the next. The Steamship was cheaper and better. But there are really nice beaches nearby. Winter or summer, this is our favorite spot to vacation- we love the peaceful, serene atmosphere of the town and Chatham Tides. Main St. has a cute, unique, little stores if shopping is what you enjoy.
Property is well kept, ocean view room provides precisely the view that we love to wake up to. Staff is always helpful and accommodating, without being overbearing. Can't wait to return!
