"Terrible experience. I was informed of a $50 incidental fee for the room which was no problem but they went ahead and charged my card an additional $294 on top of the $344 for the room. A week later and both charges are still pending and now the hotel is acting like they have no idea what I’m talking about. Dishonest hotel. Would never stay again."
