"Our experience was horrible. We booked only for 1 night and the room beside us, there were 3-4 people talking and laughing the whole night, Since midnight till 8 AM none stop. I called lobby 3 times, and they came to give them notice 2 times. but they weren't listening. It was a horrible night and we both didn't sleep even 5 mints. and in the next morning we went to eat breakfast at the restaurant located in the lobby and although they had at least 6 empty and clean tables they said we should wait at least 20 mints and finally after 30 mints they let us to sit which it was unreasonable. The lady said her manager asked for waiting list and other guests were so upset as well. won't book this hotel anymore."

"Historical property. Our room was showing age and lack of maintenance. There were pits in the bathroom floor. A wall unit was partially falling out from the wall—not sure what it was. Staff was exceptional, always giving 100 percent to serve the guest. Good location for walking to almost all sites. "
