"Contrary to previous reviews , I found the reception staff to be extremely helpful and very friendly . Despite being a new member of staff , the receptionist was courteous and went out of her way to try and assist us in getting an early check. Other reviewers have complained about the lack of additional facilities , such as luggage storage etc. I think these are services one would expect from a hotel and this is a budget priced lodge which fulfils all of the necessary criteria .
