"We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip. The rooms were well-appointed, the staff was very helpful, and the dining room was bright and airy with terrific views so we ended up eating there both nights, although the menu was a bit dull anbd needs improvement. "

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"

"Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival. The entrance to the hotel is gated and accessed by code after hours, adding to safety. Plenty of old world charm with modern...

"The hotel it is really good. Travelling solo, I felt safe on the neighbourhood to walk, even on the evening. Located in front of the train station Garibaldi, great access. The street in front of the hotel has loads of good restaurants and is near the city centre. Staff were super friendly, left my luggage at the reception after check out. I stayed in two different bedrooms. Both clean, comfortable, with facilities. Bed is great, shower is great. I reallly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend."
