"The hotel is average at best Room didn’t have water or trash can. It was very basic Water in the bath wasn’t hot Breakfast was ok but it starts at 8 am! I have never seen a hotel starts breakfast that late! You have to ask for milk as they don’t leave it outside! So everyday I put cereal and ask for milk! "Terrible service , especially by restaurant manager Dzhuzeppe. He tried to overcharge us for dinner and guests did not like him because of his hospitality style. Not friendly, no coffee maker in the room, terrible breakfast, same menu daily. Terrible plastic cups, the cheapest possible plastic."

"The hotel was in need of renovation, lots of decorations were in poor condition, rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. The staff were super and always pleased to help, but they were understaffed. The meals were not very good, and the buffet was exceptionally poor. Breakfast was not even continental breakfast.
