"This hotel made our time in Italy. Of everywhere we stayed, all staff were exceptional in their service and couldn't do enough to help. They went above and beyond in all aspects. "We stayed for two nights at this GORGEOUS hotel. We were in awe, the view from the rooftop bar was incredible, we sat and drank there everyday and night of our stay. "We had a great time and a great host. My only downside of this place is that the bed comfort was so so. However, our host went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the room was great. Excellent hotel!!!
"This place is for savvy travelers. It could easily be a 4 or 5 star hotel. Amazingly clean! It’s location is great if you like to walk for 10 to 15 minutes. Restaurants and coffee shops all over. I was discouraged when I saw the taxi driving away from the port without knowing that Ischia has this beautiful area called Casamicciola. A ten minutes walk down the hill will take you to the bus stop if you want to go to the port (also ten minutes away). The restaurant has authentic Italian with prompt and friendly service. Entertainment on the terrace starts at 10pm with a beautiful view of the lights on the nearby hills and the sea. I was very impressed with this hotel!! "
