Clean and comfortable. Very nice accommodations. Checking in late was not straight forward but Praise God one of the residents knew who to call to get us connected with checking in. Caserta is a very nice town and the people were very friendly. For after hours check in go to Tropicana Cafe on the right. They have the key. Breakfast is bread and cafe, no protein is offered.

Antonio is an outstanding proprietor and the apartment was very clean and right in Centro storico. Would stay there again

Our balcony was a nice amenity and worth the increased room rate to walk out onto the balcony. We saw the Royal Palace just outside our room and a lively piazza. The balcony door did insulate the room from street noise. Traffic below the balcony was heavy from 5pm to 9pm, but quiet afterwards. Top of the line appointments in the interior, from the fixtures to the bathroom, and the flooring was spectacular, emphasizing the cleanliness. The host was available at all times to assist with recommendations for sights, restaurants, and any need that you might have. Hotel is amazing. New hotel. Beautiful gardens and restaurant. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is incredible! What no one tells you is that the town is very run down and not pleasant. Think that’s why the hotel is behind a closed gate! Kinda strange. But most people just come to visit the palace.

The room was spotless. Staff was fantastic. The parking on site was a luxury we later discovered during our 4 weeks in Italy. This was our first night after our flight from New York. The goal was to dine at Pepe in Grani. The hotel an easy 20 minute drive to Caiazzo. Hotel Plana did a great job and lived up to its past reviews.

the hotel have very small parking area. but they have agremant with big parking space in the acrosing the street. but you need to pay for this parking

Great stay! Very comfortable and clean hotel. Quiet spacious room with a huge en-suite bath. Breakfast was excellent and the staff outstanding. Many restaurants easy 3 min. stroll. Regia di Caserta 10 min walk. Parking very secure. Would return. Thx.
