"Spent a great five days at Hotel Ai Cavalieri. As a wheelchair user I was able to access all of the hotel and, when more space was required, staff happily moved a table or luggage rack. A special mention needs to be given to Sam, a wealth of knowledge and so helpful; and Alex and Owen who supported us to get to the airport when a river taxi could not take us - both of whom are considerate and supportive. Additionally, the waiting staff at breakfast were professional and friendly; making sure the patrons’ breakfast needs were met. This is a beautiful hotel that goes that extra mile to ensure their patrons’ have a wonderful stay. Definitely, a hotel with the ingredients for a great Venezia visit."

"We loved the location and the staff were so helpful. They organized a night tour by water taxi and the city tour to go inside st marks church and the palace - so fabulous- with gondola, the next day. Door to door service. Then we got a water taxi for $100 euro to the train station - cause of a lot of luggage we had to do this and traveled to triedte for our cruise. "
