"Such a beautiful property! Conveniently located. The fine linens whether in the room, bar or dining were noticeable. I didn't realize until my first morning when I woke up that the turn down service had not only closed the curtains but had closed the outside shutters. When I opened the window and the shutters, I was treated by the church bells ringing. It was magical! Staff very friendly and concierge helpful with making reservations for dinner and at a Murano glass factory. I wish we could have stayed another night!"

The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. Highly recommend, I will definitely be staying here again when I go back!"

"The room are clean. Staff, from front desk to room service are excellent and attentive to our need and very helpful. The hotel gives you a sense of nostalgia, and yet the bathroom are updated with towel rack dryer. The best part, it is 5 minutes from St. MARK Plaza, St. Mark Basillica, Doge Palace, and the water taxi, gondola dock. Center to everything, food and shopping. "
