"Balcony was relaxing and had a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the cleaners did an excellent job. Cleanest place I’ve stayed. Lots of dining lots in a prime location, lots of major sights nearby and water taxi platform is very close. "

"The room was lovely - the front staff went out of their way to assist us with arriving by water taxi - a trash barge was blocking access to their dock, so they gave instructions to our driver to dock at another hotel, and they assisted us with our luggage and got us back to the hotel. The breakfast was fabulous. While departing, we again asked for help getting our water taxi to pick us up at another dock due to the trash barge being parked once again at the Canaletto's dock. Christian helped us bring our luggage to the water taxi. We appreciated all that the front desk staff did to make our visit enjoyable! When I book rooms, I always look for a staffed 24-hour front desk and the Hotel Canaletto certainly did not disappoint! "
