"Awesome location away from and easy to navigate to all of the wonderment of Venice! The only thing keeping this from a perfect 5.0 rating is the wifi was terrible. Staff especially Francisco were fabulous. Highly recommend and know you won’t want to use the wifi! Great hotel!"

"Fantastic location right on one of the smaller canals. Gondola service right out front and 5 min walk to the public transit (Vaporetto). Centrally located; 20-25 min walk to anywhere. Comfortable rooms, has an elevator and good air condiioning. "

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel, I got deluxe room with lagoon view and it was totally worth it. I just wish I had a tub, but other than that thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable and clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely helpful. It is very conveniently located near a water bus stop as well as the stop for the water bus to the airport. Far enough from the main crowds, but close enough to walk over would highly recommend this.A hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Venice. "

"We had a wonderful stay here! After traveling for 24 hours from Hawaii, we arrived around 11 a.m., and to our delight, they allowed us to check in early since our room was already ready. We were so grateful to settle in after such a long journey. The hotel room was fantastic—quiet, with a comfortable bed and nice, cold air conditioning. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the ferry, St. Mark’s Square, and Vivaldi’s church. We had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again!"
