"Great location. Unfortunately GPS had us walking up and down stairs with our suitcases. Tough going! We didn't know until arrival that the hotel was a 3 minute walk through an alley directly from the water taxi stand ( no steps!) Shower was extremely small. The staff was great and i would definitely stay there again ."

"This place was situated in a great spot for walking around town for us. We could easily get to a grocery store, restaurants, and some excellent gelato. The place was a comfortable size for us two. Our hosts were informative, friendly, and communicated promptly. We appreciated their hospitality!"

"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "

"The location of the hotel was convenient to many of the sights in Venice. It also felt less touristy than some of the other areas. When we visited, it was unseasonably hot in Venice and this hotel did not have air conditioning. We opened the windows and without screens, we were bombarded by mosquitoes. We were severely bitten as we slept overnight. If you are not staying during the hot months, this hotel would be fine. "

"Very quiet, residential area. Really only 2 dining options nearby but both were our favorites in all of Venice. Breakfast was lovely but not exceptional. This is the perfect location for touring the Venice Biennale."
